Still adjusting to the light feel, low drag of my new shaver. I do like that it cleans so easily
Not the best, but not the worst

I moved from a Gillette 4 blade system to the Dorco 3 blade system because I found 4 blades to bulky. I don't think the Dorco 3 blade system is any less bulky than what I replaced.
I feel that the system is a little unrefined. It feels cheaper than my old system. The spring mechanism to keep the blade at the correct angle feels a bit jerky at times and does not always allow for the proper alignment.
The plastic surrounding the blade is thick and cumbersome. It makes it difficult to get to the hard to reach whiskers under the nose.
But having said all of that, it might still be a good deal for the money. After the hype, I was just expecting a little higher quality.
Best Shave for the Price

I was concerned that the quality would be lacking when I saw how inexpensive this razor was. I was wrong. This razor is just as good in every way as the Mach 3 I've been using for the past 10 years. I would highly recommend this razor to anyone considering it.
Good for the Money

Six blades and two to three dollars a head are ridiculous. I'd rather get value than marketing nonsense. The handle and blades are solid. I'm not getting as close a slave as I hoped, but I'll try the four-blade and see how that goes.

These are the BEST razors I have ever used. In addition they are very affordable as the blades last quite way longer than the store bought ones that I've used in the past. Simple put you have a customer for live.
You won me over!!

Just started using your 3 blade razor, and I think its at least as good if not better than the Mach 3. I also previously used the Schick hydro 5 blade but cleaning it was difficult, since I only shave twice a week. When I decided to go back to a 3 blade razor, I figured I'd give Dorco a try, and I was not disappointed. I also ordered the womens 3 blde razors for my wife, and she, too, has been won over. Great products!
Gillette; you've lost another customer! Thanks Dorco :)

Dorco is a great, less expensive, quality product in which I found on the internet one day looking for replacement blades for my Gillette razor! I pretty much stopped using razor blades because I refused to pay Gillettes price for their razor blades. Thanks Dorco! You've earned a customer!

I have been using the Mach 3 for about 12 years now and I was able to get a very smooth shave that would last about 3 days( I don't need to shave everyday). When using the Mach 3 I shave downward then I will shave upward giving me a very smooth shave, I have been using the Dorco 3 blade system for a week now and so far I have noticed that when I shave in the exact same way as before I am not getting the same close shave at all, I realize that the handle on the Mach 3 is straight and the handle on the Dorco 3 blade handle is curved, so I will have to adjust how I shave and see where it takes me. With the Dorco razor I am only getting about a day and a half before I need to shave again ( for me to have to shave more now when I hate shaving is a huge pain for me), but I will continue to use the Dorco razor and post another review in a couple of weeks.
