I have a beard that has been referred to as barbed wire. This razor glides through it no problem. I hadn't shaved for about 2 weeks and I only had to go over 1 time each pass to remove my beard (I can grow a full beard in 4 days). Way better than any razor I have ever used, and I have tried all of them. Plus I also shave my head, and have no problems with clogging or pulling I had with some of those other so called premier razors. Customer for life.
I'm in love!

Still using the first cartridge. I've gotten five or six shaves and it's still feeling good. I have a beard so I only shave my neck and cheeks a bit. Very smooth on the neck. I'd been using Gillette and nicking myself every few days. These feel as if they'll never cut me. Love them, love the price, love the convenience.

I ordered these for my very particular and brand conscious friend who shaves his head face and chest. He WAS using Fusion Pro Glide, but swears he will never purchase those again as long as these are available.
Not an everyday shave

I wish the six blade razor gave a closer shave. It causes so much irritation that I cannot shave the next day. The problem with the six blades is maneuvering around my chin leaves a few patches. If you skip a few days it gives a nice shave that will last a day and a half. I think you still need an additional razor to use when you need a shave a day after you used the Dorco.
Best bet is to have an electric to supplement the Dorco.
Still a great value razor.
You get what you pay for...

You know, you go to Costco and see the Gillette razors for 45 bucks and you think SCREW THAT! While they are certainly more affordable there than at the drug store, 45 bucks for 16 cartridges seems excessive. So, looking for alternatives, I thought I would check out the Dorco. After shipping, I think it averaged out to a 30% savings or so. And the truth?
They're about 70% as good. Seems like no matter what we do in life, when we pay less, we almost always GET less.
The Dorcos are okay. Just not as good as the Gillette. Clunky squarish design that does not get into tight places (under nose, around mouth) as well, and the blade is at kind of a funny angle and does not flex as well as the Gillette. It's early yet, but they do not seem to last as long-maybe a shave less- and the reloading mechanism is cumbersome and not as smooth as the Gillette's.
All in all, they are acceptable, just not as good.
That's why they are cheaper.

I shave my head and it is hard to find a good razor to get a good shave. this one is ok so far, only been through 2 cartridges so far. it doesn't get too close of a shave though. wondering if the 6 blades is too many for shaving the head? the price is good though. I have 8 more cartridges to use and then maybe try a different one.
not close enough.

I thought the 6 blades would be better than 5. I was wrong. Or maybe it's the quality... With a gillette i wont start growing hair back on my legs for at least 2 days. I have hair growing back the same day with these razors.
Early Results Look Promising

I have coarse facial hair, that grows slowly.
Only shaving every other day and even then I could wait another day if nothing is pressing.
With the Fusion I would get 2-3 good shaves then nicking and pulling for another 2-3 before I would change the blade. The first Pace 6 blade has provided me with 10 shaves to date,. Starting to pull a little now. I think there is one or two more in there before a change will be needed. That's a 40-50% increase in life. Couple that with a fair price and you have an exceptional value.
Well Done Gentlemen, Thank you!
Way Better Than Expected

I'm a female and used Gillette Fusion 5 blade. I shave every day. I have average to tough ethnic leg/armpit hair. After a long evolution through plastic disposables and stupid LadyRazors and various multibladed men brands, I considered Gillette the gold standard of shaving.
The Dorco 6-blade product seems equivalent and perhaps even preferable. The handle is easier to grip in the shower and a lot lighter. I'm pretty happy with the product given the clear cost advantage. I used a Gillette recently for comparison and realized that, yep, I do prefer the Dorco. The Dorco 6-blade seems to give me more consistently closer shave.
Blades seem to be lasting just over 1 week with the help of a silicon friction cleaner (Razor Pit), which works even better on the Dorco blades than on the Gillette blades. The rubber skin-tautener thing on Dorco's cartridge seems to be a bit lower and closer to the blades, which makes it easier to get a closer shave without pressing harder. Also makes it easier to clean the blade with the Razor Pit.
Delivery was fast. About a week to Canada. Also, I was totally thrilled to see that each "four pack" I ordered was actually four packages of four cartridges (so 16 cartridges instead of 4). I got way more than I expected! And they're GREAT!

Blades that come with the handle are a little weak, but replacement blades are amazing. I've told all friends and family to switch over to Dorco.
