I just received the Pace 6+ in the mail today, and since I'm on two days stubble from Fusion Pro-Glide, thought I'd lather up and give it a try! On first pass, I could actually hear the razor going over the stubble, and then made a second pass. Completely quiet! So I moved to the next area of my face, made a first pass, same sound...like you can actually hear the hairs being taken off..and, same as before, second pass over the same area was completely quiet again. I thought to myself "There is NO way that this razor is getting all my stubble in just one pass". Then I decided to check...so moved on to the next area, made one pass, and checked for smoothness. PERFECTLY smooth. I have NEVER been able to get EVERY bit of stubble with just one pass of the Fusion...usually takes 2 or 3 passes to get 'em all! Needless to say, I'm thrilled, since this will cut my shaving time at least in HALF! Afterwards, smooth as butter all around, with no burn or irritation. I will update later about the longevity of the Dorco blade vs. the Fusion Looks like you've got another loyal customer, Dorco. Good Job!!

I was surprised to read that at least one reviewer felt these blades were inferior to the Fusion. I've been using the Fusion for as long as its ben on the market and I find these Pace 6 plus blades every bit as good. Its taking a little getting use to the different head but that is to be expected as every new blade type will require some adjustments to shaving technique.

I had high hopes for these razors, I'm so sick of paying thru the nose for blades in the store, but I was kind of disappointed. I found these 6 blade razors to plug up with foam way too much, you can't even make one pass without having to rinse out, and the blades just felt cheaper and thinner to me. Didn't feel like a good close shave or that they would last very long.

I have been shaving with the Fusion since they came out in 2006, absolutely love them, love the power handle, love the new ball technology, love the shave.... Hate the price!
The Pace 6 blade razor is absolutely the best alternative I have found to the Gillette. I did the side by side test on 3 day stubble. Honestly, the Pace side was cleaner when finished... Maybe a little too clean. I ended up with acne bumps around my mouth the first week of shaving. They eventually went away and I am so ecstatic about these blades I have bought them for my 6 brothers and my father. All are now sold on Dorco and using their products religiously.
Christmas for my work associates is now taken care of... Everyone is getting a new Dorco gift pack from me. Now I just need to figure out how to be a spokesperson and poster boy for Dorco. I love your products, simply amazing!
Now for my criticism. I'd love to see you branch out into more products for men. Just my 2 cents

I really really wanted to like this product. I read the other reviews a great alternative to the Fusion razer for much better price right? Well I was just so disappointed. Shaving with this razor is a painful ordeal, and especially with the precision trimmer. I loathe shaving with this product, I'd rather go pay more for a Fusion razor with a smooth cut than this, also the blades quickly loose their edge

I have been using the comparable Gillette razor for years until the price kept going up I started looking for an alternative. These are half the price and the same or better quality. The only fatal flaw with these is the trimmer blade. You can hardly even use the trimmer because of the angle of the blade and it does no where near the job of Gillette trimmer. I would have given this a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the trimmer problem. I still keep one of the Gillette razors around so I can still use the trimmer. I hope they get this fixed so I can throw away my Gillette for good.

I tried this razor on one side of my face and compared it to my Fusion (with a new blade on the other), to my surprise the Dorco gave me a way better shave! For half the cost of the Fusion, I'm sold!!!!

Pros - great blades, cleans easy, compares to those expensive "name" brand guys that starts with a G but these things are MUCH less. I bought the handle with 2 blades and 2 4 packs for less than 20 bucks. That would have cost me close to $50 with the G brand. These blades are just as good.
Con - only one is the single edge. Its got a weird angle but I think eventually I will get use to it.
These blades are great and I really don't see why anyone would continue using those other VERY expensive brands if they knew of these blades.

OK. I have to say I was skeptical when I bought the 6 Blade holder and two 4 packs of the 6 blade cartridges. Who wouldn't be? I paid way less than HALF of Gillette or Schick including shipping. Both the holder and blades work very well for me after 10 days of use and I have a medium beard and expect the cartridge to last another full 10 days. Nice clean and close shave. I'll never buy from those pirates again.

I've been using Dorco blades for several months - first bought them thru Dollar Shave Club, then discovered I could buy them direct at far less cost. Great shave with the 6-blade or 4-blade version, very close and comfortable. Still love the Dollar Shave Club's Dr. Carver's Shave Butter - haven't yet found it elsewhere or a substitute.
