Like this Razor

Posted by Mr. Lou on 11/13/2012

Like this shaving system, like the cost. Just as good or better than my old Gillette Razor and blades. Plan to give my son one of these Razors, on Thanksgiving day when I see him.

Better than expected!

Posted by Rick on 11/11/2012

I was a bit skeptical to try a previously unknown brand of razor blade, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality shave I've gotten from the 3 blade system. The only negative is that the cartridge is a little thicker the the Mach 3 blades, thus not getting quite as close below the nose. Not a deal breaker though, the shave is close and the blades seem to last me a couple of weeks each before replacing. Can't beat the value.

not as good as gillette excell

Posted by keith on 11/8/2012

Gillette Sensor 3 excell is what i got used to and i can not get as many shaves & it is hard to get the same precision as my old Gillette.

Not Quite a Mach 3

Posted by MenZone - Kennewick, WA on 11/1/2012

We're a chain of barber shops and evaluated the product for use in our stores - 1 cartridge per customer. Unfortunately, the Dorco 3-Blade system just didn't quite measure up. Comparatively speaking, the aloe strip didn't hold-out as long and the blades seemed to have a little more drag (not as sharp?).

This said, for personal use, they're a terrific value.

Best Triple Blade Ever

Posted by Dennis on 10/30/2012

as a dedicated Mach3 user for years, i must say that the Pace3 is as good as, if not better than, the Mach3. new customer for life here.

Wish I had ordered the 4 Blades

Posted by Dave on 10/23/2012

I am not sure if the 4 blade razors are any better but the 3 blade just dont seem like enough. I do not have a real thick facial hair but it is not thin either. I wish I would have jumped up to the 4 blade system for such a little cost increase.

Good exchange for what I had or 35 years

Posted by Andy on 10/10/2012

I used a schick twin blade for years and them used Gillette Twin Trac and now you can't find decent blades and the plastic base no longer would hold the blades securely. I don't want to pay the rediculous prices for blades that are 25 to 32 bucks. So I tried this and get a good shave without the terrific cost of blades in the US

Every shave amazes me

Posted by michele on 9/22/2012

Every time I shave I am amazed. I went from shaving twice a week, to four times: every other razor hurt me, but these are smooth on my face even when I have the hardest stubble. I still cannot believe how smooth the shave is, even after two weeks using the same blade. Forget gillette and company.

different, but better

Posted by Jim Cantrell on 9/12/2012

I was switching from a Gillette Sensor 3 blade razor. I've owned my handle for many years and have become used to it's simplicity. The Dorco 3 blade is a superior, more modern design. It may not allow for the exact same precision as my old Gillette, but once you get used to it the control is the same. This is an EXCELLENT bargain at the price and I highly recommend it to anyone who is tired of paying $20 for 4 blades.

Got used to the difference quickly

Posted by deano on 9/10/2012

The angle of the handle is a bit different than the Gilette I've used for decades, so it took a little getting used to for the right shave. But after a few days to a week, I'm good with it and enjoying the savings.

No More Razor Rash

Posted by Dario on 9/6/2012

Moving over from the Mach 3 I am enjoying not having razor rash any more.

With my old blades as the week progressed trying to shave what little growth I had overnight proved painful especially if the blade was getting dull.

With these blades my first shave of the week (after a bit of growing out over the weekend) is SUPER CLOSE and by mid-week I am still getting a close razor-rash-free shave all the way til Friday.

Enjoying the shave and the price makes me enjoy it even more.

BONUS: I like the little hanger that the razor comes with too. I shave in the shower and it's oh so convenient having it hanging right there for me.

Smooth shave that isn't quite as close as some

Posted by Andy on 9/4/2012

These blades are very good, giving a smooth shave and with a better lubricating strip than other brands. The shave is not quite as close as other brands; and, as some others have pointed out, it is harder to shave under your nose due to a slightly wider bit of plastic above the blades.

Overall, definitely worth it for the price.
