You’re gonna love this razor system! Promise.

Don’t believe us? 1. Work on trusting people. 2. Check out these features…

- It’s the right blend of metal and rubber for maximum grippage and minimum slippage.
- We have a special design that makes blades easier to clean and last longer. We call it “Venetian Flow™.” Other brands call it “Wait, what’s that? We don’t have that.”
- Our one-stroke, six blade system cuts so close it even shaved off the end of this sen
- You wear a coat because it’s chilly outside. Our quality blades wear a coating because it makes them last longer. You two have so much in common.
- “It’s important to be prepared,” our built-in rubber fin says to your hairs as it maneuvers them into position for the optimal, close shave.
- If your face were one straight line, we wouldn’t need a tilting head that flexes to your unique contours. But it’s not, so we’ve got one.
- Boom! Bonus blade. This trimmer is ideal for detail work, like beards and bikini lines.
- So aloe, vitamin e and lavender walk into a bar, right? That’s not a joke, that’s just our moisturizing strip that soothes sensitive skin.

Better than other pricey brands

My legs were never so smooth after shaving. Been using other famous and expensive well known brands and never had this result. Also my husband confirms that he had the closest shave ever. Highly recommend

Super close shave with no irritation on problem skin

Posted by Paul on 6/24/2016

I tend to have extremely sensitive skin that gets irritations very easily during shaving. I'm also a person that wants the closest shave possible. For many years I've tried disposables, many many double edge blades and razors, Bump Fighter razors, Gillette Mach 3 and Mach 3 Turbo. Out of them all, the Mach 3 Turbo gave me the best shave with the least irritation, but still left a lot to be desired. After seeing Dorco discounts on SlickDeals quite a bit I finally decided to give it a shot. The deal I used was for a Pace 6 Plus system and blades. On first opinion I thought the blade head felt bulky and the spring loaded action made me feel a little awkward. By the third shave, everything was starting to feel normal, I was pretty surprised. The spring load action is really good for me because I'm guilty of applying too much pressure in an attempt to get that close shave. The bulk doesn't feel too bad now as I have gotten used to it. As for the actual shave.... AMAZING! By far.... no question about it, this is by far the closest shave of any razor I've used, with little to no irritation. I quite literally am shocked that they work this good. Since I shave every day, the hairs aren't very long so I don't have any issues with blade clogging at all. Plus with the low cost I can afford to use a brand new blade twice or three times as often as my Mach 3 cartridges. Overall, extremely happy with this find.

Switched from Gillette

Posted by Matt on 5/27/2016

Gillette razors were getting to expensive, so I tired the Dorco set. Better shave than Gillette, better price, and I received it in 2 days! I bought the $5.95 set with two cartridges to see if I liked it, and I will be buying more soon

Good but not my favorite

Posted by Kevin on 4/13/2016

The head of these blades seem to be a bit larger than what I'm used to, that may or may not be a bad thing for you. The six blades do a nice job with very little tug, but the blade on the back just doesn't do it for me, something about the angle seems strange, maybe it's just different from what I've used in the past again, so give these a shot if you're looking for a razor with a trimming edge but otherwise the Pace 6 is just as good.

Fantastic!

I have been using the Pace 6 Plus for a few months now and am loving it! At first I thought 6 blades was gimmicky, but they do make a difference, my first shave with it was the closest I have ever had. The blades last me quite a while as well for I have far from a thick beard.

I just re-ordered more blades with a $20 off promo coupon from Dorco, 28 blades for $30.75 with free shipping to Canada. No more feeling like I'm getting the shaft from the big razor companies!

Decent shave but not he best

Posted by Michel on 2/9/2016

I've been using the Gillette Fusion blades for the latest 8 shirts. I shave pretty much every day, against the grain. And I have a pretty thick beard. This is what I have noticed:
Good: You will never cut yourself on these blades, they are not as sharp and the blade protects your face better than the Gillette Fusion . The handle is on par with the Gillette and they are much cheaper. The strips on the Dorco blades don't disintegrate as quickly as the Fusion.
Cons: They will not provide a close shave as the Gillette blades, which are much sharper (and I cut myself often). The Gillette Fusion blades last longer and are easier to access the hard to shave areas on your face. I found that I actually had to double the number of strokes during shaving compared to the Gillette Fusion to get a decent close shave.
Bottom line. If the blades are around $1 each, then I might consider purchasing them. The Gillette Fusion blades are about $3 each if you buy the 12 pack.
My gut feeling is that I will stay with the Gillette Fusion blades.

Good blades but too bulky

Posted by Michael R on 1/18/2016

I am on my first week with the 6+. I have been Gillette's Fusion and Fusion ProGlide for years. They've always provided a great shave but the pricing is predatory even at Costco.
The blades on this are great. For me the trimming blade is a requirement. But the head is just too bulky and doesn't seem to get close enough to my face. The result is that I don't get as close of a shave and it is hard to shave around my chin without multiple passes. I'll try it a bit more but I had high expectations of this and it didn't quite deliver.

Beats Gillette, hands down.

To start I have black hair that grows thick and full. My job has a very strict no facial hair policy. With my face I have to shave daily. I use to use Gillette Pro-glide Flex Ball. I use roughly $40.00 a month just for my cartridges. I have used Gillette so long I could tell by the decrease of blade quality that they were fixing to release a new product, because they would let existing product line quality decline. With Gilette the sensitivity bar strip would wear off after 2-3 shaves. I purchased the JOE AND JANE kit from DORCO as a trial. For 17.50 I R
recieved a ton of razors, enough for my wife and daughter. I am so pleased. The weight of the handle on the Pace 6 feels good in your hand, it has a great slip resistant grip. The blade heads may be a little larger, but the quality of the shave is unbelievable. I have used the same blade for approx 18 shaves or 3 weeks, the sensitivity bar strip is the same color as it was on start. The razor seems to grab my face and pulls close giving me a closer shave. My use to have to go over the same areas 2 and 3 times, but with DORCO shave once and I'm done. It has drastically cut down my shave time. So in summary, I save 20-30 bucks and several hours, priceless great product.

GRRREAT RAZOR and BLADES

Received my order of razor and blades...The razor was great in handling and the razor so far has given me 3 excellent shaves and probably 3 to 4 more. Great investment and savings over Gillette Fusion.....

Go Ahead and Get it!!

I was skeptical at first because I had tried the Harry's shave club and was not pleased at all with it. Plus Harry's did not have the trimmer blade with is so useful under the nose. Let me tell you that i always research and research products. This is a great razor. I hated paying gillette fusion prices and this is the way out of the gillette rip off. You won't be disappointed with the razor or the trimmer edge. Go For It!

The only suitable replacement for MACH.

Posted by Brian Saylor on 8/11/2015

I have been hoping and looking for an inexpensive replacement for the MACH razor. I shave my entire face, head, and back every three days for the past 20 plus years and have seen them all. I have also literally tried every blade in the DORCO line, and with the exception of the SHAI Soft Touch this is the best by far. An exceptional value compared to ANYTHING you can get anywhere else on the internet, at the clubs, or the big box stores. Safe yourself a lot of time and money and just go straight here to the 6 PLUS. You will NOT be disappointed. I am now a DORCO customer for life.

High quality Shave for a fraction of the cost

Posted by Brian Weinsheimer on 8/10/2015

I read the reviews, I was skeptical of the shave. Got my razer and went "wow its feel heavy and sturdy" so I used it and what can I say, for the price, you cant beat it. Its a high quality razer and a high quality shave for a fraction of the price. I recommend this to anyone looking to save a few buck but not lose out on the quality of your shave. A great product as far as this new Dorco user is concerned.
