Pretty Good Shave

Posted by Coopman on 1/28/2019

I came here to find a replacement for my Gillette Mach 3 razor after their "toxic masculinity" ad hacked me off. I bought the Pace 2 and Pace 3 models to try. I found that I liked the Pace 2 better and will be using it from now on. I've only been using it for a few days now, so I really cannot comment on how long the blades last. I have seen others say that they last about a week.

$4 marked down to $7.50?

Posted by Charlie the dog on 12/2/2018

Took a peek because of an add showing the start order for $2. However when I got here it was $7.50 in the cart. Looking at the picture it was literally $4 with a line through it and replaced with a price of $7.50. Beside it said "$2.00 off". Strange math ...

Looks like the exact razor I get on another shave club site. I like them and would have gotten them here but looks pretty shady

Just a disposable razor

Posted by Joseph on 9/28/2018

I thought I would give it a try for the price but,not worth the money. I did get the cheapest 2 blade version because I wanted a thinner blade may the multi blades are better but I'll never know going back to my mach 3

Handle Envy!

Posted by David Vennerstrom on 10/17/2017

I really like this company, especially their willingness to poke the big blade companies in the nose. There seems to be a lot of handle envy in the reviews. I would love to see a nice, high quality, Rosewood handle that is slender and classy. How about it Dorco, are you in?

Agreed. Better handle needed!

Posted by Mark Williams on 8/30/2017

I agree with the other fellows regarding the handle. I love the razor, and actually the two blades fit into places on my face the three blade system does not. BUT I do wish the handle had a heavier feel to it. Nice ergonomics on it otherwise however. Thanks Dorco!

2 blade heads

Posted by Mike Saskoley on 3/12/2015

Bought a bunch of the two blade heads and they give a good shave. My only complaint is the cheap handle they supply! Come on Dorco wake up and supply a quality handle for the 2 blade head. Your handle feels like a cheap
disposable one! That is the reason I give this 4 stars and not 5 stars.

Blades work great

Posted by Jimmy on 2/22/2015

Love the blades, they work great. Just wish there was a better version of the handle available. This one is just light plastic with the look and feel of a disposable razor.

Surprisingly good razor

Posted by Nathan Solano on 1/20/2015

This razor provides as good a shave as any other razor I have ever used. The handle lacks heft (similar to a disposable razor) and the blades are not suspended (like a Sensor) but it does not miss spots on my face and it does not cut or irritate my skin. That's pretty much the bottom line on a razor. I think it's a great buy.

Good for the price

Pros: Pretty good shave especially for the money.
Cons: You can't get under your nose.

Very good shave

Posted by Eric Payne on 7/30/2014

I have shaved with this twice. I have used a Mach 3 for years and was tired of the high price. Granted I have only used it twice but it shaves just as well as the Mach 3 in my opinion. I just started wet shaving with shaving soap and brush and this razor feels very nice on my face. Cuts the hair just as close and with no more passes than my old Mach 3. I usually get 10 or more shaves on one blade cartridge. We see how this one holds up. I'm very pleased.

Different than Sensor (works great for me)

Posted by San Jose Bill on 7/13/2014

I find the Dorco two-blade razors to be a somewhat less aggressive than the Sensor. You have to work a little harder to get a very close shave. However, with that, I can shave more aggressively and still get fewer nicks. That works for me.

Equals Sensor 2 at a fraction of the price

Posted by Tom on 4/6/2014

Have been using Sensor 2's forever. Price just kept going up and up. Thought I would try these and found them just as good as the Sensor blade at a fraction of the price.
